KM Pro — Mileage Log (the "app") is published by Aissa Aissaoui (Vivaxi Labs). This page explains what data is processed when you use the app.
Your vehicles, trips (dates, distances, purposes) and settings are stored locally on your device only. The app requires no account, uses no server and does not transmit any of this data to the publisher or to third parties. PDF and CSV files you export are generated on-device and shared only with the apps you choose.
The app does not access your GPS location. Distances are entered manually.
The "Pro" subscription (monthly or yearly, 7-day free trial) is handled entirely by Apple (StoreKit) or Google (Play Billing). We never receive or store your payment information. See the Terms of Use.
In the free version, the app displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers, approximate location and usage data to serve ads, in accordance with its privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Purchasing the Pro version removes all ads.
Built-in rates (French mileage scale, US IRS standard mileage rates) are reproduced from official publications with their dates. They are provided as a calculation aid and do not constitute tax advice.
You can delete all local data at any time by uninstalling the app. For any question about your data, contact us at the address below.
